Somewhat yeasty, smoky and delicately bacony aroma with yellow fruity aromas, bamboo shoots and light wood as well as mushroomy and vegetal notes in the background. Firmly woven, ripe, tangy fruit, smoky wood notes, vegetal notes slightly reminiscent of celery, a little nuts, white pepper and tobacco, fine, relatively lively acidity, persistent, has grip, chalky-salty minerality in the background, very good, tart finish with bite.
