Firm, tart, finely vegetal, yeasty and slightly nutty fragrance with calm yellow-fruity and also floral aromas. Firm, juicy and tart in the mouth, very fine vegetal and slightly herbaceous aromas, a little floral, salty and chalky, a hint of pepper, lively, very fine acidity, dense and persistent on the palate, a lot of grasp of ripe and very fine tannins, good substance and depth, has freshness, still undeveloped, very good, firm, tart juicy and mineral finish
