Somewhat vegetal to herbal and slightly almondy scent of yellow fruits with a hint of bacon and mushrooms. Polished fruit with delicately sweet melting and a hint of tobacco, lively acidity, hints of lemon verbena in the background, light tannic grip and some persistence, salty-mineral tones, good to very good finish
