2017 Stetten Grauburgunder trocken VDP.Ortswein, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Clear, nutty nose, still slightly yeasty, fairly elegant yellow fruit, delicate vegetal traces. Clear, polished, cool, tart juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty and nutty notes, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins provide light grip, floral and light mineral traces, good substance, moderate alcohol, good to very good elegant, juicy finish. Still needs some time to mature.
