2017 Randersacker Sonnenstuhl Rieslaner Spätlese, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Light, cool, slightly yeasty nose, herbaceous and floral notes, white and yellow fruit, chalky mineral notes. Firm, cool, light, juicy, very sweet fruit on the palate, firm acidity, yeasty notes, light floral notes and herbaceous traces, persistent, salty and chalky mineral notes in the background, vegetal traces and light nutty notes, still largely undeveloped, firm bite, more yeasty, floral, vegetal, herbaceous and prominent mineral notes on a very good firm finish. Definitely needs time to mature.
