Firm, minerally nose, dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, hint of bacon, restrained yellow fruit, smoky traxces, some yellow spice. Firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, light smoky oak and some bacon, lively acidity, light tannic touch, persistent, gripping, nutty notes, fairly prominent mineral notes, still undeveloped, very light peppery notes, prominent salty notes and some smoky oak on a very good, tart finish.
