Slightly nutty nose, ripe pomaceous fruit, some yellow and peppery spice, light herbaceous and prominent mineral notes. Tart, as yet undeveloped fruit on the palate, yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, hint of bacon, earthy and mineral notes, elegant acid bite, integrated, still fairly prominent tannins, persistent, firm and gripping, some depth, smoky traces, nutty oak , still slightly astringent, very good tart, juicy, yeasty finish. Needs time to mature.
