Prominent vegetal notes with some root vegetables, peppery notes, pomaceous fruit and some citrus traces, fairly prominent earthy and mineral notes. Light-bodied dry fruit on the palate, more vegetal and earthy notes, cool style, lively acidity, light tannic grip, persistent, earthy and salty mineral notes, still undeveloped, good to very good cool finish. Needs time to mature.
