Slightly cloudy, light amber. Relatively cool, firm and quite deep, somewhat floral, herbal and nutty nose of mellow yellow fruits with slightly mushroomy, chalky and smoky hints and a hint of lychee. Again quite firmly woven, tart citrus fruit with some red berry and nutty-woody flavours, lively acidity, noticeably ripe tannin, dense and persistent, certain depth, hints of liquorice and lemon verbena, salty and earthy minerality, some varietal bitterness in the very good to long, again grippy finish
