Golden yellow. Slightly developed, deep, somewhat floral, nutty and hints of tobacco on the nose of mellow yellow fruits with a hint of earth, yellow-spicy tones and fine mushroomy aromas. Ripe, tightly knit and concentrated, tart, yet melting and somewhat warm fruit with slightly wilty-floral, spicy and nutty aromas as well as a hint of caramel, fine acidity, lots of ripe, crumbly tannin, lasting, multi-layered and deep, salty and chalky minerality, hints of coffee grounds and lots of cardamom in the very good, grippy, tangy, spicy and mineral finish
