Light copper. Quite deep and complex, nutty, yeasty and distinctly yellow-spicy aroma with dried yellow-fruity, vegetal and slightly tobacco aromas. Ripe, tart, mellow fruit, clearly spicy, nutty and yeasty aromas, a hint of smoke, lots of grip of ripe tannin, some bite, some melting, seems more powerful than it is, becomes even firmer and at the same time juicier with air, persistent on the palate, some warmth, chalky-salty minerality, very good, firm, spicy and melting finish
