Firm nose, light yeasty, nutty, earthy and vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit, dried floral traces, hint of tobacco, fairly prominent mineral notes. Ripe juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty, vegetal, herbaceous and light smoky notes, lively acidity, delicate touch of carbon dioxide, hint of bacon, still slightly reductive, fine, grippy tannins, fairly prominent mineral notes, firm structure, persistent, still largely undeveloped, some depth, gool and juicy on a very good, firm, grippy finish.
