Translate to English Deutlich vegetabile und zart tabakige Kernobstnase mit Zitrusnuancen, noch einer Spur Hefe sowie nussigen und mineralischen Anklängen. Klar, geradlinig und feinsaftig im Mund, feine vegetabile Aromen, lebendige Säure und noch zarte Kohlensäure, hefige Nuancen am Gaumen, leicht kräuterig und mineralisch, noch jung, aber schon ziemlich animierend, guter Abgang. Sehr erfreulich.
