Translate to English Geschliffene, leicht herb-vegetabile Kernobstnase mit erdig-mineralischen Tönen sowie floralen und pfeffrigen Spuren. Klare, feinsaftige, wieder geschliffene Frucht im Mund, zart nussige und hefige Töne, getrocknet-pflanzliche Anklänge, feine Säure, etwas Pfeffer im Hintergrund, gewisse Mineralik, hat Kraft, wirkt aber trotz seines Alkohols nicht schwer, recht straff und griffig, guter, wenn letztlich dann auch doch alkoholstarker Abgang.
