Fest gewirkt im Mund, reife, kräuterige und deutlich mineralische Frucht, trotz Kraft und Schmelz auch mit kühlen Elementen, sehr feine, lebendige, harmonische Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, deutliche Quittentöne, sehr gute Tiefe, beste Balance, animierend, langer Abgang.
