Editor note: Very delicate nutty traces on the nose, pomaceous fruit, light herbaceous, floral and mineral notes. Clear, straightforward, ripe, but also fairly tart fruit on the palate, vegetal, herbaceous and salty notes, very light earthy notes, fairly elegant acidity, fairly persistent, hint of bacon in the background, nutty and vegetal traces on a good, tart finish.
Best to drink: To 2019+

City on the Rhine in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate with about 25,000 inhabitants at the mouth of the Nahe river into the Rhine at the foot of the Rochusberg.
