2021 Sauvignon Blanc trocken Reserve, Württemberg, Germany

Cool, tart, fresh planty nose with very bright white and yellow fruity aromas, a little celery and chalky hints. Taut, tart, bright, cool fruit, lively, fine acidity and some grip, persistent, fresh white and green vegetal notes, mineral tones again going into the chalky, a hint of dark berries in the background, some grip, smoky traces, very good, firm, again cool finish with bite.
