Quite cool, bright, somewhat dried-vegetable and hinted floral scent of yellow fruits with herbal and almondy hints. Soft, slightly sweet fruit with a delicate melt and a hint of gooseberry, fine, lively acidity, hints of nut butter and some smoke, moderate tannin and a certain persistence, salty tones in the very good finish
