Quite cool, fresh, slightly vegetal nose with bright pome fruit and citrus aromas and a hint of smoke. Clear, polished, fine-juicy again cool fruit, vegetal notes and a trace of yeast, fine, lively acidity, a breath mushrooms, chalky-salty minerality, good to very good finish
