2019 Grüner Veltliner Reserve trocken, Württemberg, Germany

Firm, tart, clearly vegetal and a little smoky aroma with calm yellow fruity aromas, hints of wood, herbs, asparagus and mineral tones. Firmly woven, tart, ripe, yet rather restrained fruit, smoky wood notes, nutty, herbal-vegetable and still gently yeasty tones, fine acidity, relatively much grip of ripe tannin, lasting, certain depth, light minerality, quite complex, very good, firm, tart-juicy and again smoky finish with lots of salt
