Clear, cool and polished, slightly nutty, yeasty and hints of wood with fine red berry aromas, some stone fruit, fresh mushrooms and smoke. Quite taut, juicy fruit with smoky and nutty, light woody hints, a touch of rock candy and again hints of mushrooms, fine, relatively present acidity, some grip of moderate tannin, persistent on the palate, light minerality, quite firm structure, very slightly sweet melting, still young, some depth, very good finish with bite and again smoky notes.
