Fairly tart nose, light vegetal anddelicate nutty notes, yellow fruit aromas, hint of soup greens, earthy notes. Restrained, slightly muted fruit on the palate, earthy and vegetal notes, touch of yellow spice, elegant acidity, earthy and salty mineral notes, fairly persistent, some grip, prominent mineral notes on a very good, fairly firm, tart finish, again still muted by tannins.
