Firm earthy nose, dried vegetal notes, hint of smoked bacon, partly dried and preserved citrus and stone fruit, cool mineral notes in the background. Juicy, ripe, candied and preserved fruit on the palate, fairly concentrated, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, more light smoky and fairly prominent mineral notes, very elegant acidity, persistent, good depth, firm structure, still young, grippy, complex, yellow spice and more herbaceous notes, some sugar candy on a long, very sweet finish.
