Deep, complex nose, yeasty, prominent vegetal notes, touch of smoked bacon, yellow and green fruit, floral traces, mineral notes. Ripe, clear, juicy fruit on the palate, elegant vegetal notes, some spicy yeasty notes, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins provide grip, persistent, complex, some depth, still young, salty mineral notes, very good firm, juicy, polished finish.
