Developed, somewhat smoky and bacony aroma of red and small black berries with a little dried herbs, pepper and restrained barrel notes. Clear, tart, developed fruit with ripe, fine sandy tannins and an animating bite, somewhat dried-vegetable, smoky and leathery on the palate, certain persistence, salt in the background, a hint of dried mushrooms, again also pepper, very good finish. Still drinking very nicely.
