Firm, cool, fairly deep nose, prominent yeasty notes, vegetal notes and a hint of mushrooms, light yellow fruit aromas, prominent mineral notes. Tart, juicy, firm fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, noticeable tannic grip, nutty and spicy as well as vegetal notes, fine, lively mousse, concentracted and persistent, hint of tobacco in the background, earthyand mineral notes, hint of mushrooms, deep and complex, hint of cocoa, clear contours, very good, firm, juicy, spicy finish. Great wine.
