2019 Pinot Noir "Parzellen -05-" Reserve, Württemberg, Germany

Firm and quite deep, slightly bacony and dried vegetal scent of ripe red and black berries with a hint of cherries, hints of game, a little dried flowers and ethereal traces. Firmly knitted, tart fruit, smoky and slightly toasty aromas, peppery and juniper-like hints, somewhat sandy and still drying tannins, good persistence, a lot of power and still a little noticeable alcohol, which integrates very well with air, minty tones, a hint of cocoa and coffee, salty traces, still young, very good, at first somewhat woody, then increasingly juicy finish with a certain tension and freshness.
