Slightly smoky and hinted bacon nose of ripe red and a little dark berries with mushroomy nuances, a little dry herbs, hints of malt, tobacco, liquorice and a touch of juniper. Ripe, quite juicy, somewhat warm fruit with smoky wood spice, dark ethereal notes and salt, fine sandy, very slightly drying tannin, warming alcohol, some acid bite, a touch of dark chocolate and coffee, gets juicier with air and also a bit juicier, very good, tart, again a bit drying finish.

Clear, firm, nutty, quite juicy fruit, some bite, relatively fine, youthful tannin, good persistence, moderate woody hints, herbal and peppery nuances, a touch of salt, very good, quite juicy, again spicy finish
