Firm, cool nose, yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, tart yellow fruit, floral notes, some elderflower, peppery traces, fairly prominentm ineral notes. Firm, tart, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, lively, polished acidity, elegant grip, yeasty notes, elderflowers, chalky, salty mineral notes, good persistence, hint of black bnerries, some depth, good to very good, firm ,fairly juicy finish.
