Tart, clearly planty, very slightly muted nose with very restrained, bright yellow fruity notes and a little mushroom. Restrained, again bright, quite dry fruit, suitable acidity, noticeable tannin grip, slightly mushroomy notes on the palate, a little umami, certain persistence, nutty traces, hints of tobacco, mineral tones in the background, delicately creamy, good to very good finish.
