Cool, distinctly herbal to slightly herbal, quite bright citrus nose with a little peach skin. Bright, quite sweet fruit with lively acidity and herbal notes, delicate grip, tart mineral tones, some persistence, delicate carbonation, also on the distinctly sweet side in the good, bright fruity and mineral finish, but still with bite.
