Clearer, quite firm and rather quiet, a hint of smoky scent with cool citrus-dominated yellow fruity aromas as well as restrained earthy-vegetal tones. Dense, partly candied, not completely dry yellow fruit, very fine acidity, slightly nutty, yellow-spicy and yeasty nuances, delicate floral hints, certain minerality, has warm and cool elements, very good, gently sweet finish.
