Rather bitter, fine-vegetable and delicate yeasty, fine-yellow fruity aroma with a hint of smoke, suggested herbs, algae, a little light tobacco and light minerality. Ripe, bright and relatively cool, juicy fruit, very fine acidity, yeasty and plant-like nuances, persistent on the palate, very delicate sweetness, firm light-mineral core, certain depth, has tension, very good, tight finish.
