Firm, with a lot of air, the fragrance gains in depth, somewhat yeasty and herbaceous-vegetable with restrained, light yellow-fruity aromas, a hint of smoke, floral nuances and minerality. Light, restrained, very dry fruit, lively, still slightly lemony acidity, cool vegetable to slightly herbal aromas, good persistence, quite firm core, clear, light minerality, some grip, almost cold style, very good, tight, firm, tart, brilliantly juicy and quite salty finish. Still completely aloof
