Firm yeasty nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, yellow spice, light yellow fruit, some tobacco, prominent mineral notes, bay leaf, hint of dark berries, traces of white pepper. Ripe, juicy, sweetish, creamy fruit on the palate, reminiscent of lychee, delicate hint of sugar candy, lively, elegant acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, light tannic grip, fairly persistent, hint of yellow spice, prominent mineral notes, still largely undeveloped, good depth, still rather closed, very good sweetish, juicy, intensely yeasty finish with some yellow spice.
