A somewhat developed, nutty, and slightly smoky aroma with bright citrus-focused yellow fruit notes, distinct, fine, celery-like plant sharpness, and mineral notes. Bitter, again bright, firm fruit, present acidity, grip, and nutty to yeasty notes, lasting on the palate, again with some celery sharpness, intense, bright minerality, a hint of bacon in the background, has tension and inner strength, good depth, bone-dry and rather demanding style, saliva-inducing, very firm, bitter-juicy, and enormously mineral finish with pull.
