Somewhat smoky, woody and slightly bacony aroma of black berries with dried floral, leathery and earthy notes. Quite firm, ripe, tangy fruit, smoky to slightly bacony, dried-vegetable, peppery and clearly mineral notes, persistent, fine sandy tannin, a trace of juniper in the background, hints of iron, very good, firm, tangy, smoky, herbal and spicy finish with salt
