Translate to English Relativ kühle, leicht hefige und recht deutlich vegetabile Nase mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen, ein wenig weißem Pfeffer und einem Hauch Champignons. Fruchtig und etwas frisch-vegetabil im Mund, ein wenig Artischocke und weißer Pfeffer, feine Säure, gewisse Wärme und Schmelz, nussige Anklänge, etwas Kohlensäure, recht guter Abgang.
