Pomaceous fruit and a hint of citrus on the nose, prominent elderberry flowers, spicy vegetal notes, hint of celery. Slightly creamy fruit, not totally dry, spicy vegetal notes, some old oak, elegant acidity, not particularly deep, attractive to good finish.
