Pears and a hint of pineapple on the nose, prominent herbs and spices, light peppery notes. Quite full-bodied and creamy on the palate, spicy fruit, herbaceous aromas, delicate nutty notes and some more light peppery notes, elegant, lively acidity, good persistence and has some depth, noticeable alcohol on a good, slightly sweetish finish.
