Apples and lime on the nose, light peppery notes, grassy and herbaceous notes. Fruity on the palate, tart vegetal notes, elegant, lively acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, mineral traces and delicate yeasty notes, dry spicy notes, fairly persistent, attractive to good finish.
