Lightly smoky, slightly nutty, tobacco-like and finely vegetable aroma with core and stone fruit notes, a hint of forest berries and mushrooms. Herbaceous juicy fruit with a bit of melt, a suggestion of caramel and again tobacco, matching acidity, tender tannin, certain sustainability, barrel wood notes in the background, earthy and salty tones, a hint of South Tyrolean bacon, good finish with a certain herbal bitterness.
