2020 Klingenberg Schloßberg Riesling Kabinett halbtrocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Quite cool, rather restrained, somewhat herbal and delicately mushroomy aroma of partly preserved yellow fruits with a hint of fennel and red berries. Juicy, sweetish fruit with a little lactic aromas, fine, lively acidity, a hint of yellow spice, delicate tannic grip and some persistence, earthy and mineral tones, good to very good, quite firm finish. Still needs a little time.
