Slightly dried-herbal and a touch floral nose of red and some black berries with hints of cherry and a hint of juniper. Tart, relatively dark fruit, dried herbal aromas and juniper again, some acidity, fine sandy tannin, good persistence, some salt in the background, smoky traces, good to very good finish with slightly noticeable alcohol. Has unfortunately already lost some of its polish and elegance.
