Yeast, yeasty and slightly herbal nose with very bright yellow fruity and nutty as well as very delicate smoky notes. Slim, bone-dry fruit, again yeasty, herbal and nutty notes, plenty of grip and quite lively acidity, certain sustainability, floral traces, delicate carbonation, bright minerality in the background, good to very good finish with tension.
