Rather tart, somewhat dried-vegetable to herbal, nutty and delicately bacony scent of ripe yellow fruits with a hint of pomegranate and pepper. Quite polished, tart fruit with a hint of wax and earth, lively, almost marbling acidity, delicate tannic grip, good persistence, hints of cardamom, salty and chalky tones, very good finish.
