Firm nose, yeasty, vegetal and floral notes, light yellow fruit, prominent mineral notes. Clear, polished, cool, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, bone dry, very elegant, lively acidity, light grip, prominent chalky and salty mineral notes, very delicate hint of spicy oak, good substance and persistence, some depth, some bite on a very good, firm, tart finish.
