Clear, transparent, firm and fine, slightly nutty and vegetal scent of partly canned peaches with a hint of pome fruit, light flowers and dark berries, as well as a touch of wild herbs. Polished, firm, juicy fruit with well-integrated sweetness, again peach and peach skin, along with a trace of rose water, lively yet fine acidity, tender tannin, good sustainability, salty and chalky minerality, in the background seashells and hinted verbena, some depth, very good finish with fine juice and cool herbal spice.
