Quite firm, clearly herbal aroma of ripe citrus fruits and stone fruits with light floral nuances, a hint of yeast, smoke, pepper, a hint of green chilli and clear minerality. Firmly woven, ripe, yet quite cool, juicy fruit with herbal, yeasty and distinctly chalky-mineral notes, very slightly smoky, present and persistent on the palate, lots of grip from ripe tannin, the tart tones still push the certain sweetness far into the background, black berry traces, very good, firm, mineral finish with dry herbal notes, juniper and pepper.
