Translate to English Kühle, säuerlich-apfelige, hefige und deutlich pflanzliche Nase mit ein wenig Wurzelgemüse, Walnuss, Tabak und erdigen Tönen. Reife, leicht entwickelte Frucht mit herben getrocknet-vegetabilen bis tabakigen Aromen, bitterlich-nussige und ganz leicht hefig-gebrannte Töne, relativ feines, lebendiges Mousseux, gute Nachhaltigkeit, eine Spur trocknend am Gaumen, harzige Noten, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
